Julie Cliff

I’m Julie Cliff, and I’m a declutter coach at Space and Time. I help busy women who are struggling to keep their homes organised and clutter-free, and who are feeling overwhelmed and stressed out by the constant demands of their to-do lists.

Before I became a decluttering expert, I spent over two decades working as an executive assistant and administrator. During that time, I discovered my passion for helping others get and stay organised, and that’s what led me to become a professional organiser.

As a wife and mother of two boys, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle work, family, and household responsibilities. But I also know that a clutter-free home can make all the difference in reducing stress and increasing productivity.

At Space and Time, we offer a range of services to help you achieve your decluttering goals, including hands-on decluttering sessions, virtual coaching sessions, and free workshops. Whether you’re dealing with a messy kitchen, an overflowing wardrobe, or a cluttered home office, we can help you take control of your space and your life.

I’m passionate about sharing my expertise and insights with others, and you can find me on social media and my website, where I offer tips and advice on how to declutter and organise your home. So if you’re ready to transform your home into a peaceful and organised oasis, head over to spaceandtime.com.au to learn more about our services and how we can help. I can’t wait to work with you!

Ludmila Liga

Hello! My name is Lucy I have previously worked in the education sector for about 17 years, boy do you need to be organised as a teacher! You need to be able to manage time and the workload, balance needs with expectations whilst always seeing the individual, and show care and understanding to support learning.

I also manage a busy house with three teens, work as an unpaid chef and cleaner, and sometimes an uber driver, carting the kids to sporting events, appointments, and activities. I also work as a yoga and meditation teacher, conducting classes and running workshops. If that is not enough, I volunteer for the Footscray Hawks Basketball Club: uniforms, general administration, events, and policy.

I bring my experience and enthusiasm to this role to help you organise, create meaningful, purposeful spaces where you can quickly access the things that are important to you, and help you find a system that works for you that is individualised to your needs.

Her experience working in the education sector for 17 years, managing a busy household with three teenagers, working as an unpaid chef, cleaner, and Uber driver, teaching yoga and meditation, and volunteering for a basketball club. She brings her experience and enthusiasm to the role of helping individuals organise and create purposeful spaces tailored to their individual needs.

Rosalyn Carr Gellie

I’m Ros, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself to you. I joined the Space and Time team in June 2023, and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this amazing team. Let me share a little bit about myself and my background.

Over 20 years ago, I had the pleasure of working with Julie’s husband, and we became great friends. I’ve always admired Julie’s impeccable home management skills, her calm and confident manner, and her incredible work at Space and Time. Since its inception, I’ve been following Space and Time and have been inspired by their mission.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in various countries, including England, South Africa, China, and Dubai. My focus was on managing Executive MBA courses, which allowed me to develop strong organisational and time management skills. Alongside my professional work, I’ve dedicated myself to organising fundraisers and social events for my children’s kindergarten and primary school. Seeing the joy on the faces of the kids (and parents!) during these events has been incredibly rewarding.

I’m based in Geelong and work across the Bellarine Peninsula. I love transforming spaces to enhance people’s well-being, but my true passions lie in working with backyards and garages. There’s something incredibly satisfying about making those areas not only functional but also beautiful.

When it comes to organisation, I draw inspiration from various styles and philosophies. I love ClutterBug’s approach, which identifies and strategises around individual preferences for organisation. Additionally, Peter Walsh’s caring conversations and Marie Kondo’s “does it spark joy?” concept resonate with me and guide my work.

Bringing people together for good times or a social cause is something I’m deeply passionate about. I’m always planning events or activities to create memorable experiences for friends, family, and even the community. To further expand my knowledge and skills, I’m a qualified horticulturist and I’m pursuing further studies in Garden Design to enhance my expertise in backyard makeovers.

In recent years, I’ve had the privilege of providing support to individuals in their homes, helping them manage difficult situations and focus on what they love to do. This experience has taught me the importance of empathy and understanding in creating functional and personalised spaces.

Within my household, I manage a bustling and lively environment. Alongside my husband, I care for our two very active young children, two cats, and my mother. Thankfully, my husband is MORE THAN self-sufficient, which makes it all manageable!

Kindness and caring for all is a value close to my heart. I firmly believe that you never know what someone might be experiencing, and a little bit of empathy can go a long way.

With my cheery positivity, creative problem-solving skills, and practical approach, I’m dedicated to offering unique solutions to help my clients achieve their organisational goals and create spaces that bring them joy.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better. I’m excited to be part of the Space and Time team and look forward to working with you to transform your spaces and make your life more organised and enjoyable!

Rachel Berch

My name is Rachel, and I joined this amazing group in June 2023. It all started when I stumbled upon Space and Time during a Google search while I was looking for a new opportunity in home organising. Impressed by what I saw, I decided to reach out via email with my resume.

I’m honored to be part of the Space and Time team, where I hope to contribute my knowledge and creativity. With a diploma in Interior Design, I strive to integrate my design expertise into our organising projects, aiming to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that our clients love.

Before joining Space and Time, I gained valuable experience in the retail industry. Interestingly, working with this team has reignited my passion for retail, and I couldn’t be happier about it.

Besides organising spaces, I love staying active and challenging myself. You might catch me participating in half marathons, as I believe that determination and drive are essential qualities to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Based in Glen Iris, I primarily operate within a 15km radius. However, I’m always more than happy to travel for extended sessions (6 hours or more) to ensure our clients’ needs are met and exceeded.

When it comes to organising, I have a soft spot for certain areas—bathrooms, pantries, and kitchens. Witnessing the transformation of these spaces and the joyous reactions of our clients truly fuels my passion and motivates me to make a positive difference in their lives.

I am incredibly thrilled to be a part of the wonderful Space and Time team. If you’re seeking to declutter and transform your living spaces, I am here and eager to help! Feel free to reach out, and let’s create organised and beautiful spaces together! 🏠💫

Kellie Rose

Hi, I’m Kellie! I officially joined the Space and Time team in February 2025, but my journey here began much earlier. During the COVID years, I found myself chatting with Julie about professional organising as a potential new career path. I had recently stepped away from nursing and was working in a CPAP clinic doing sleep studies and machine sales. While I’ve always loved healthcare, the emotional energy it required — and the sales component — eventually nudged me toward something that felt more aligned with who I am.

In October 2023, I joined the Self-Employment Assistance program to shape my own small business. By then, I had reconnected with Julie at the monthly PO meetings in Auburn, casually mentioning that I’d started my own decluttering gig but was also eager to collaborate with others. Julie swooped in (in the best way!) and brought me into the Space and Time fold… and now she’s stuck with me — joke’s on her!

My academic path is diverse and reflects my love of learning: a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Science (with Honours), a Master of Nursing Practice, a Certificate IV in Professional Writing and Editing, and a Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and Small Business. I worked as a Registered Nurse for seven years — mostly in ICU and later in IVF — and across all those roles, one thing remained constant: my desire to help people live their best, most empowered life.

I’m based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs and happily cover the Eastern, South-Eastern, and North-Eastern regions, as well as the Mornington Peninsula when needed.

One of my slightly quirky passions is organising cupboards and linen closets. I love pulling everything out, assessing, decluttering, and transforming what often starts as a chaotic jumble into a calm, functional, beautifully ordered space. I’m also a big Marie Kondo fan — there’s a quiet wisdom in her approach, and while “spark joy” may sound whimsical, I see every day how instinctively people connect with that idea during the decluttering process.

My friends and family have always known me as “the neat one,” a trait that served me well in nursing. I was the person with a spare alcohol swab, syringe, or washcloth — and the one quietly rearranging a workspace so it actually worked. I often joke that I’m the laziest person I know… because I love doing things properly the first time, so nothing gets lost and nothing needs doing twice. Efficiency is music to my ears!

One of the most memorable moments I’ve had on the job was helping a client uncover two stunning goblets in velvet-covered boxes — a gift from the hotel he stayed in during the Hong Kong handover. We ended up selling them to a collector!

At the heart of everything I do are kindness, compassion, honesty, and the belief that sometimes you just have to do the thing — the task, the challenge, the scary bit, the decluttering, whatever it may be. My true strength lies in my ability to connect with people. I know when someone needs gentle firmness, when they need space, and when the most important thing in the room is to pause and listen. Everyone brings their own quirks and stories, and learning to honour that individuality is a skill I use in every single session.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Space and Time team, and I can’t wait to help more people create spaces that support their wellbeing, their goals, and their joy.

Lauren Fraser

Hi, I’m Lauren! My journey with Space and Time started in a very personal way. After a kitchen renovation left me feeling overwhelmed, I went looking for help and found Julie and the Space and Time team on Facebook. I hired Jules in January 2024 and was blown away by her thoughtful, supportive approach — and by how achievable she made it to stay organised long after the session.

During our chats, I mentioned I was exploring new career opportunities and Julie suggested that professional organising might be a great fit. I honestly assumed she was just being kind! But a few months later, when my job search became more serious, I reached out to see if she really meant it… and lucky for me, she did. I joined Space and Time as a subcontractor in July 2024, and I am so grateful I took the leap.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients in all kinds of situations — from homes with excessive accumulation, to busy mums juggling kids with disabilities, to families simply wanting more functional, stress-free spaces. I absolutely love the variety of work and the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life.

Alongside my organising work, I’m also a Registered Nurse and continue to work two days a week at a general practice clinic. At home, life is delightfully full: I have a young son, a partner, and two teenage stepsons. With our busy household, my availability can sometimes be limited, but with my son starting school next year, I’m excited to be able to expand my working capacity and help even more clients.

I live in Melbourne’s outer Eastern suburbs and generally work from Blackburn out to the Yarra Valley, and from Warrandyte down to the Monash Freeway — though I’m always happy to travel further by arrangement.

When it comes to organising, I enjoy helping people tackle whatever part of their home feels the most stressful. Kitchens are one of my favourite areas to work on — clearing bench space, simplifying drawers and cupboards, and creating functional zones that work for the whole family. I loved watching Marie Kondo and still use some of her simple, intuitive techniques today, like vertical clothing folding and container-based organisation to keep like items together. I also find Julie’s “function-over-pretty” philosophy incredibly grounding and practical — it helps clients maintain long-term success using the S.Y.S.T.E.M. approach.

While I have a growing toolkit of organising skills, I believe my greatest strength lies in building rapport with clients. I pride myself on actively listening, understanding how each person prefers to work, and adjusting the pace to suit their physical, emotional, or cognitive needs. Whether someone requires slow, gentle encouragement or faster, focused progress, I make sure they feel safe, respected, and supported. I pay close attention to mental load, overwhelm, and body language so I can step in early if a client needs a break or a moment to reset.

Above all, I aim to bring kindness, patience, positivity, and genuine warmth into every session. I remind clients often that I’m far from perfect myself — life gets busy, homes get messy, and systems fall apart. What matters most is simply trying again and finding strategies that truly work for you.

Outside of work, hobbies are a bit scarce in this chapter of life (turns out folding endless mountains of washing doesn’t count!). But I love playing with my young son — especially building with Mega Bloks, marble runs, and magnetic tiles. I also cherish quiet moments with my two snuggly cats, walking my Groodle while listening to true crime podcasts, and carving out precious time for myself when I can.

My family is my top priority, and raising my son to be the best human he can be is at the heart of everything I do. The qualities I bring to nursing — empathy, friendliness, calmness, humour, and care — flow naturally into my organising work, too. I feel incredibly privileged to support people in their homes and help them create spaces that feel lighter, clearer, and more manageable.

Jess Dixon

Hi, I’m Jess! I joined Space and Time in June 2025, thanks to a wonderfully unexpected twist. When Uniting visited my home to assess what support I might need, it became clear that decluttering and organising were actually strengths of mine. The support worker suggested I contact Space and Time, so I emailed Jules — sharing my story, my strengths, and my passion for helping people create calm, functional homes. To my delight, she saw potential in me and gave me a chance. Now I’m finally in a role where I feel valued, purposeful, and genuinely fulfilled.

My career path has been varied and shaped by resilience. After completing VCE while living with undiagnosed ADHD, OCPD, and anxiety, I worked in retail, pharmacy, and administration — completing my Cert III and IV early and gaining experience across customer service, accounts, and personal assistant roles. I later became a Teacher’s Aide, driven by a passion for supporting children with additional needs. As my own children required more support, I knew I needed a role with flexibility, understanding, and purpose — and professional organising has given me exactly that. It has restored my confidence and allows me to model strength, courage, and authenticity for my kids.

I live in the beautiful Yarra Valley and support clients throughout the Yarra and Dandenong Ranges — including Chirnside Park, Coldstream, Belgrave, Healesville, Olinda, Mount Evelyn, Pakenham, Powelltown, and Warburton.

Above all, I bring empathy, lived experience, and a deep desire to support people through periods of challenge and change. Helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their own space is the heart of why I do this work.

Karlene Palmer

I joined Space and Time at the end of July 2025 and support clients across Geelong and the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula.

My journey to the team was wonderfully unexpected. I met Ros while we were both working with a mutual client — spending the afternoon decluttering, organising, and even installing a TV together. When I asked if she ran her own business, she told me about Space & Time, founded by Julie Cliff. I was surprised and delighted to realise it was the very same Julie I knew from back home! I mentioned that I’d love to be part of the team if the opportunity ever arose… and luckily, it did. It’s been so lovely reconnecting with Julie, and I’m excited to work alongside Ros and the rest of the team.

I enjoy learning from shows like Space Invaders with Peter Walsh — I appreciate his straightforward, practical, and compassionate approach with clients.

One funny (or slightly alarming!) memory from my younger years was when I moved to Adelaide in 1993 to attend TAFE. While cleaning out a cupboard at my Dad’s cousin’s house, I found a bag of rice with a use-by date of 1984. I’m still not sure whether to laugh or be horrified!

Outside of organising, I’m a gypsy at heart. I love caravanning and exploring — whether locally or internationally. My happy place is the block of land we have in Laanecoorie, spending weekends walking the property, sitting by the fire, and stargazing late into the night.

At the core of everything I do is a commitment to being my genuine, authentic self. I bring warmth, honesty, and down-to-earth positivity to every client session, helping people create calmer, more functional spaces that truly support their lifestyle.
